Snagging surveys is the process of inspecting a newly built (or refurbished) property to ensure that the works completed meet the standards that the builder has agreed to meet.

Inspection Equipment
1. Digital straight edge (to spot check out of level floors for houses on stumps)
2. Thermal Imaging Camera (to measure the temperature difference for leaking, termite nests etc.)
3. Direct Moisture Meter (To determine the waterproofing quality of wet areas)
4. Voltage Pen (To determine the serviceability of various GPO)
