Cancellations & Refunds Policy (all bookings)

Refunds will not be processed for the following reasons:

1. Reasonable access not provided by the client and their developer on the day of inspection, our inspector will not conduct a survey if the site is deemed not ready. 
2. A site that is not ready includes, works still ongoing including but not limited to flooring, painting, cabinetry, plumbing or electrical works. 
3. Any requirements unknown to the surveyor which may restrict our access on the day of inspection.
4. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking or payment being made.  
5. DC Building Inspectors reserves the right to charge an additional full fee to re-book the survey at a later date.
